Fees - for the USA
it will be from US$110
to US$135*. For the UK it is from £72.50
(UK) to US$244
(for applications made from overseas).
Footnote: Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, Washington
State and American Samoa drivers' licences will not be acceptable
boarding ID in the USA.
